This Privacy Policy explains how a personal project developer ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Beach InSight iOS app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
We do not collect, store, or process personal data (including name, email, payment card details, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, messages, or health data).
We do not perform analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or any third-party tracking.
All features that do not require a subscription can be used locally on your device without sending data to us.
Subscriptions are handled exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not receive or process your payment information; Apple manages billing, receipts, refunds, and related data. For payment questions or refunds, please contact Apple Support.
The App does not require account creation.
The App does not upload, store, or share any user-generated content to our servers.
We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect or store any data.
The App does not include third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising networks, or crash reporters.
We do not store user data on servers. Any data created or stored by the App remains only on your device.
If you delete the App from your device, local data will be removed according to iOS behavior for app removal.
The App is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted in the App and the policy's "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
